The jewel doesn't unscrew on all Fender amps, just the more high end ones. Check first.

Got this for my hand wired black face. Knocked a star off because it’s not very bright and not very purple for that matter. It’s more like a washed out white/blue depending on the angle you’re looking at it. Maybe I’ll try the blue one and it’ll be brighter.

I purchased this green jewel for my Fender Hot Rod Deville 4x10 to convert it from evil to good.You see, when I originally purchased the amplifier, it included a red jewel. Red is a color that I immediately associate with all that is evil. When the amplifier was powered on, it was as if an evil, beady little red eye was staring at me from across the stage. As if my stage fright wasn't bad enough, now I had this increased, overwhelming feeling of paranoia and dread as the amplifier glared at me, mocked me, and plotted against me. Something had to be done.I ordered this green jewel in desperate effort to rid the amplifier of the evils evoked by the red jewel. I am so glad I did this! I noticed an immediate change in the amplifier's persona. No longer do I feel that the amplifier is working against me. Rather, I feel that the amplifier is among the best of friends, compelling me to rock. I am no longer threatened by the menacing red eye across stage. I now have a supportive buddy across stage that I can look to for encouragement in times of need, and in those times, the amplifier will look back with that comforting green gaze, give a li'l green wink, and say to me: "Go ahead, Mike. Tell 'em 'bout it. Hit 'em where it hurts."A very well-made product. Close to Fender original, and the screw threads match perfectly. It was fairly priced and arrived in two days.

Looks nice with the teal blue lettering on my amp chassis and with the grill cloth.

This amp was not listed as one of the ones that this would fit so I took a chance. Works perfectly.

I bought two, one was Fender and the other jewel was $2 cheaper. Sent the cheaper one home, no way I'm gonna suck my tone or my vibes for $2.

Just like the old amp lights from the past. Seems like blue glass not plastic which is a plus and looks good.

I was trying to switch up the color of the red jewel on my 3 channel Mesa Boogie dual rectifier and this was a direct fit replacement that looks great!
