The knives are a pretty good value for the price. If you don't use steak knives often, and don't want to spend much money on them, these are fine. They are sharp and will do the job.The handles are a little awkward because the tang runs the length of the handle and isn't covered or flush with the wood, but overall, they are good enough for my purposes.

Purchased these for use in a commercial kitchen over a year ago. These knives hold an edge and are very comfortable to work with. Very impressive performance and durability for the price.

Bought these for my Mom for Mother’s Day (all she ever uses is a little tomato knife, and it doesn’t ever get the job done). These knives are more than what I expected. They cut, dice, chop, shred and everything else. These are perfect knives to use for anything. Mom absolutely loves them and has started using her tomato knife for tomatoes only. These knives are so very sharp. I am used to slightly heavier knives, but these ones will cut thoguh anything and are very confortable to hold, they have a very good grip. Happy with my purchase!
