I wish it went more into the basis of therapy. We are already doing lots of Interactive Metronome, so I probably wouldn't have bought it for our needs. On the other hand, it's that modality that I believe so well, so I still think the book it's great for those that need guidance

This book is packed with great ideas. It is perfect to work with elders who worry about memory. The cognitive training activities are appropriate for multiple ages, and levels. It is a wonderful brain practice.

not too much to this and it's highly overpriced ( worth about $7). Save your money and look somewhere else for ideas.

The training in the book is easy to follow and is so enjoyable to do Would recommend it to anyone

This was great to use for my clients. Just wish the brain games were removable.

I bought this book for myself. I’m a bit ADD and the exercises are changed up so I don’t get bored. It’s great for at home use.

This book is an excellent tool as one of the preventive cognitive decline items that can be used before dementia sets in. Does require dedication. I found it great!
