Had never heard of this until it was recommended on social media. Horse had a nasty scar from stitches on leg, used this only 2x and it’s now scar free. Use on scraps and hooves. My OTTB is very sensitive and this product works great!

I've tried both this and the Daily Hoof Moisturizer from the same brand. The Ointment is a better solution for the hot, dry environment where my horse lives. The Ointment is more sticky and seems to last a little longer on his hooves. When used regularly, it makes a noticeable difference. I plan to buy it again.

Awesome treatment /conditioner for hooves.

Recommended many years ago by my farrier when a newly acquired horse had shelly front hooves.Problem solved!First 3 days apply daily at cornet band and top inch of hoof. Weekly thereafter.I do not apply during the winter (too cold to administer) but hooves stay intact.

This stuff is the ONLY product our farrier recommends, and I have been thrilled with the results. At the end of a long, dry summer my TB mare had developed some pretty severe vertical cracks on her front hooves, probably from stomping flys as much as anything. I started using the Cornucrescine 4 weeks ago, and am seeing a definite difference. I just swipe a line of it across the top of the hoof near the coronary band once a week. Easy and effective!
