Very well written and illustrated. Answers a lot of questions for underlying construction

This book will come in handy for a young family member, who recently bought his first house. He is a little handy to start, and just need directions to help. This book is well made for this purpose as it has large pictures of step by step instructions. Very happy with this purchase. Family member loved it.
