We love them!!! I purchased these magnet beads for my 12 year old son. He has ADHD and autism and is often finding it hard to sit still, concentrate, and be calm. These magnets are perfect! They are small, so easily portable. They come in a small metal container, so it is self-contained and easy to retrieve, play with, then put away. They are strong magnets, so the fear of losing the beads is minimal. He will play with them, try and make designs (which is harder than you might assume!), and use it as a fidget to keep his hands calm. I love them! I think they'd be perfect as a gift for most older children with any interest in fidgets, stress relievers, or interest in magnetic forces.

I am amazed. My 11 year old grand niece wanted these magnets when she saw them at a box store. I decided after finding out I was going to have her for three weeks to order one. She is fidgety, can not focus and bonuses off ceilings. Her third day here, they arrived! Thank goodness! She has played and made different objects with these magnets for hours multiple time a day. It keeps her attention and she sits still.

I really, really like the Magnetic Ball Puzzle! But when I asked my grandson what he thought, he took it!!! It’s cute and small, made of a lot of tiny, heavy steel ball bearings, and the magnetic power is remarkably strong. For my grandson, an 11-year old, it will motivate him to tap into his creative side and fashion the balls into multiple designs. It will provide a healthy diversion from video games! For these reasons, I will let him have this one and get another one for myself...LOL! The product is true to to its description and a reasonable price.

I originally ordered these to hang our small Polaroid pictures on the fridge. They are super durable and small enough that they don’t distract from the actual picture. What I didn’t anticipate is how much my 14 year old would enjoy playing with these. Since he kept coming and taking them off the refrigerator to play with them I ended up giving him half of them to play with. I will definitely be ordering the multicolored ones for him for his birthday

Hubby got a new job and he is on phone callsA lot and gets bored. These keep him occupied so he isn’t pacing. He actually told me they’re called “executive fidget toys”. Lol.All I know is he said he uses them a lot and his coworker likes them too. Anytime anyone comes to his desk they play with them. There’s something really relaxing about them. So weird I know but they’re a nest gimmick!

The Consumer Product Safety Commission staff estimates that between 2009 and 2011, at least 1,700 children were taken to the emergency room after ingesting the magnets, with many requiring surgery. If more than one magnet is swallowed, the balls can pull together inside the child’s digestive system, resulting in intestinal wounds that the agency has described as like “a gun shot wound to the gut with no sign of entry or exit.”

I am a fidgeter and these are fun to play with while I’m working on something and need to keep my hands busy. The magnets aren’t so powerful that they pinch your fingers and you can “build” things with them too. They are small enough that I can put them in my drawer when they don’t need to be on the top of my desk.

These are soooo fun! My kids absolutely love them. It's great for STEM activities too. Such a good opportunity for kids to be creative. I even find myself playing and fidgeting with them. The magnets are strong! They all stay together well. I would suggest buying more than one set to have the opportunity to build something.
