Good: Hefty and well-balanced, will not tip over on the slightest excuse, even when full, as so many glasses do. High-quality tempered glass makes them shatter-resistant, although they will break if abused sufficiently. Mold marks are all but invisible. Stackable even when hot or wet with no risk of glasses jamming together. Bad: A bit high-priced, but you do get what you pay for. When they break they don't explode into slivers like regular glass, but they also don't break up into car-window-ish rounded bits as I was expecting when I saw "tempered glass." (Also, see below.) Ugly: Nothing; a pleasant minimalist design. Bottom line: I ordered a set of these - the 6-, 12.5- and 16-oz. sizes - in 2010, and was impressed enough with them to order another set this month when attrition made it needful. Five stars. Afterword: I have yet to see one of these glasses spontaneously shatter, as a few reviewers have reported, but I'm not all that surprised. I strongly suspect that these incidents were the result of running a scratched or chipped glass through the dishwasher or microwave. Tempered glass is intolerant of anything more than very minor damage; subjecting a deeply-scratched or -chipped glass to sudden heating or cooling is an open invitation for it to release the internal stresses that make up the "tempered" part. This is inherent in any tempered glass; it is not a product defect, but rather the trade-off for an overall stronger material. A glass with a significant scratch or chip should be thrown away. Fortunately, tempered glass is damage-resistant in the first place, so this won't happen often. I have yet to have to do so.

Very pleased with these quality drinking glasses. The soft green color is fresh looking, they're stackable, easy to hold, and they look like new after going through the dishwasher numerous times. But what I like most is the size. They're probably not appropriate for iced tea or soft drinks but for water, juice, or milk they're perfect.

I have ordered these glasses several times, because despite the claim that they are dishwasher safe and will not stain or get cloudy, they do!! So every 1-2 years I need to order new glasses because I don't like the cloudiness that is etched in the glass and cannot be removed despite many efforts. I love the glasses, so keep replacing the cloudy glasses with new ones. I did reach out to the company twice with a complaint and photos of what happens to the glasses in a dishwasher, but they never responded. I was not sure how to rate the glasses - I would give them 5 stars because I like them, but I would give them 2 stars for customer service. I settled on 4 stars.

Nice quality and good size to grip plus won't slip out of hand. And you can stack them, which save cupboard space. Would buy again.

We already ordered other another set of these. These are our everyday glasses, and we love them. Just the right size, they stack, and they look nice. What more do you need?

Contrary to and in spite of several reviews, I purchased these glasses. I'm very glad I followed my gut on this particular item because I found them to be of excellent quality with nary a scratch or chip on them! They hold my 8oz drinks like they should and I really like the stackability due to very limited cabinet space. These will compliment my table setting nicely. However, for me the very best part is the bottom half fits my hand. This is important due to my arthritic hands which have dropped several glasses in the last couple years.
