Pretty powerful and easy to use, a necessary summer accessory

To all of you who have experienced overheating and failure of the fan:Test your fan RIGHT AWAY by first charging it for 4 hours or till the light turns Green,whichever occurs first, but DO NOT LEAVE THE FAN UNATTENDED during that time.Check the handle frequently to see if it gets hot.If the fan overheats, unplug it from the charger IMMEDIATELY!This is most often caused by a defective battery. The reason we bought this one was bc it has TWO batteries, whereas others only have one battery and are the same price; and we made the right decision. I bought these specifically for use at Disney World (pink for my daughter, and black for my son). My kids loved them. Even though the fan has three speeds, they mostly used it on high (and we were surprised at how fast the air came out) and the battery lasted for several hours. We didnt "test" exactly how long the batteries lasted, but they lasted for all the times we were outside walking around or waiting in line outside -- which was the purpose for buying them. They charged quickly in the evening and i'm glad they put a "green/red" indicator light so we know when it's fully charged. It annoys me when companies do not add that simple little light. The USB charging cable (Android) was surprisingly thick considering most companies give you a super thin and super short USB charging cable. I'm actually using that cable now to charge other android devices since it is better quality than what those products came with. Overall, we were very happy with how long they lasted and the price is great. We have only used them for one weekend so I cannot comment on how long they last overall. but they appear to be very durable, are not heavy to hold in your hand, and I dont know why some write comments about it being "noisy"...i mean you buy these fans to use them outside. I didnt know looking for a "silent" fan outside was a required feature. however, to comment as to the noise level: I did not think they were noisy. It sounds like a little fan sounds. I also like that the fan can stand upright on the table in case you are sitting down eating outside at a picnic table or something like that. I cannot compare the battery life to the other fans with only one battery, but I can imagine this fan lasts a lot longer simply because it has two batteries.

I don't like hot weather, not one little bit. And our daughter likes to ride horses. The stable can get very warm in the summer months, with no A/C, of course and nothing to circulate the air, sitting on the sidelines while she does her riding can be, uncomfortable.Got this to help cool off a bit. Wasn't expecting much as previous portable fans have been disappointing. So far, I'm very pleased. Seems to hold a charge for quite a while. It can get a little noisy at full speed, but not so much as to be a serious distraction. The volume of air it moves, even on the low setting, is what's most impressive. This design seems well thought out. It works really well, and helps keep me a bit cooler, which is all I really needed.The power button is a bit sensitive. I've noticed, just carrying the fan, that I've accidentally turned it on several times. No big deal, just something to be aware of. If you put this in a bag or purse, I could see the potential for accidentally turning it on and running down your battery. Just be aware it's a possible issue.I'm also using it as a small desk fan while working. One thing it would benefit from? A base that would help keep it steady when you just want to stand it up somewhere. You can stand it up as is, but the base isn't that wide, meaning it will fall over with just a slight bump. If this fan came with a removable wide base to make it a stand fan? It would be a great improvement on an already very good product.How long the batteries will hold with charges over time will remain to be seen, but for now, I'm very pleased. Great purchase.

I Literally LOVE this fan. Bought it in 2018 and it’s JUST now starting to act up. And I think that’s only because I drop it so much lol. Here to buy another one that’ll last years!
