Very tart!
I use this as a SMALL additive to hot and sour soup mix I use a lot...and gives just the right amount of the sour taste. But only about 1/2 teaspoon per 3 bowls of soup. Any more, and this would be like a Sweet Tart! Don't know how you could use an entire pack at a time, but as a small part of a soup mix, not bad.
