He will play all day with it! The only downside is when the balls get damp with saliva, they get stuck in the machine! I then have to take that ball, dry it and try to replace it with a new ball. Overall, fabulous x

We had the first unit for about two days - used it a couple of times on the first day. The next day we came to use it and the unit was dead. The lights came on but it wouldn't respond to any balls being put in it. I emailed the seller and they were very quick to respond and offered either a refund or a replacement. I decided to try it again on the understanding that if the second unit was faulty, I'd still expect a full refund. They agreed. Second unit arrived. Lasted less than the first. The track that moves the ball along inside stopped working - making a horrible clicking sound. I contacted the seller again who offered me 50% off my next purchase, but no refund. Amazon, as usual, has been fantanstic and has taken care of it and I have my refund. Pretty poor record for the unit to be honest. Can't say I didn't try.

Purchased this for my little dog, it was the cheapest of its type that I could find, and I think its great!!! Very easy to use, the ball hurtles down my hallway at a good pace, and after initial sceptism, my little dog found it great fun! Just got to get him to drop the ball into it to make it work, instead of putting his nose in it to set the sensor off, before running to the front of it to wait for the ball that isnt there to come hurtling out...!! It was well worth the money, hopefully it will give me and my little dog lots of fun for a lot of years!!

My dachshund loves it too much, we’ve had to ban it because she goes into a frenzy of excitement every time she sees it.

It’s does what it says but the problem is that it switches it self of after a few minutes my dog put the ball in it but was off so it’s not really doing it’s jo it’s meant to occupy them on there own if I have to be there to turn it back on all the time it defeats the object. Might as well save me money and throw my self I want it for them to play when I’m out and it won’t I come home find two balls in it . Which confuses the dog . So not really with the money

Amazing. Loads of fun. These have been around for ages the first versions £200. Then the cheaper models like this one came out for £60 or thereabouts. Now, with the virus and not walking dogs I decided to get one. And SO much fun.I'll try and add video.Ultimately, works out the box, easy to use, dogs love it. We love it. No brainer to get one.Only had it 2 days so cant comment on durability.Definitely check for the small or large dog version. Only negative thing I could say is that the longest throw on this is not that far, so only good for small dogs. For ours, it could have been bit further.Dogs havnt learned to do it themselves yet but to be honest I love playing with them too.

Disappointed with this machine, I found the mechanism that accepts the ball, the belt that pulls the ball through to be very basic and noisy, a bit like a wind up toy. My dog loves playing ball, but wasn’t interested in this full stop. The look of the machine is satisfactory and looks well built and sturdy (although) the one we received was not new as it had marks on it. If you do purchase this machine make sure you have a few more of the balls, especially whilst training your dog to use it, otherwise you will be getting more exercise than your dog. Has auto switch of so if not constantly used it wont work..so if dog wonders of a while device turns off
