Been using it for years!

I tested low on B12. My doctor recommended a sublingual B12. As I know a deficiency in B12 can also mask a deficiency in Folate I wanted a sublingual formula with both. This product met those requirements. It dissolves quickly under the tongue and has a nice pleasant taste.

I’ve been taking these for years due to lack of meat protein in my diet. Just had bloodwork that tested for B12 and had almost double the amount considered “normal”. Great news is they do work! Just try to get B12 test in your routine bloodwork to make sure you’re not taking too much.

Don’t like sweet tast or tiny size…hard to handle…..
