Had to choose from a huge selection on Amazon. Elderly neighbor needed a back brace to help with posture and to facilitate healing of some stress fractures of vertebra. It was going to take at least a week to receive the official back brace that the doctor ordered. So, as an interim measure decided on this item. Not as long/large as others, but also meant less bulky, less weight. Well, he put it on, and immediately said it was comfortable, not binding, and actually eased the pain. Doctor did say that the curved posture was putting stress on the back, so this posture correction product was improving his posture, putting less stress on his spine and attending muscles.He has commented on how wonderful the brace performs, and it's only been a few days of use.When I received the product, I inspected the brace. It was well made, and the metal inserts were not heavy and not extremely stiff. I will say there was a definite lacking in terms of a user manual or directions. Thankfully, it was a fairly simple design.Overall, very good design/construction, and a very affordable price, make this an excellent value.I was even pondering if I should get one for myself. Hours at the computer often leads to bad posture habits.Anyway, high recommendation for this back brace.

I have now purchased 5 different posture correctors. I have only had it for an afternoon, but my first impression is that this is one of the best - at least for certain use cases. What I like the most is that it is very comfortable and unlike most posture braces (at least ones that actually work), it likely can be worn beneath a shirt without being too noticeable. I expect it also can be worn for an extended period of time without major discomfort. Because the straps are elastic, it is not the most effective out there. Other braces with less give/elasticity (e.g. the Featol brace) do a better job holding my shoulders in position. That said, it does work and I find the elastic to be a reasonable trade off for comfort and concealability. I plan to use this whenever I want to continue training my posture, but want the comfort and don't want the brace to show. It seems well made, though I do worry about how long any elastic product will last. As it is not too expensive, as long as it lasts a reasonable amount of time, I will be satisfied.

I wanted to like this corrector, due to the positive reviews. I am not sure how it got so many positive reviews.1. The mesh on the back sticks out, makes no sense at all why they added this. It bunches up even when the part under is flat.2. The firm “bones” of this brace do not fit alongside the spine like I imagined. I have a job in the medical field and you never want pressure on the spine. It does not stay even if you move them.3. It is impossible to wear under clothes or even if you wear an undershirt, due to uncomfortable unless you wear a T shirt or long sleeve. It feels scratchy. Also if you wore an over shirt, it would look very weird.4. Most of all—- I had severe pain in my cervical area/lower neck in my spine, after wearing only 10 minutes. It was placed correctly per the pictures and diagram they sent. This pain was sharp and nerve-like pain, and I had it for around 4 days.I do not have a large “hump” or anything that would cause this, just have a tendency to slouch and shoulders aren’t back.5. I recommend something not as rough if I order a different one, one that could be used under clothing as I feel these tougher correctors with the hard material as “bones” of these correctors on the spine can cause more pain than help.6. I am concerned that some of these reviews aren’t legit anymore on amazon. I have seen many posture correctors that if you look, the English isn’t good, and also other products were reviewed.Wanted to like it, but it left me in pain. Sorry but I am being honest.

I need a major lumbar/low back surgery. Where they screw metal rods on either side of your spine. Sadly, they make you wait until last minute. Until you literally cannot walk/move on your own anymore.I miss doing even the easiest of hobbies like baking. But standing for more than 20 minutes and BOOM, SPASM! Its back to laying flat for hours before the spasms stop.So wearing this allows me to bake and tolerate the pain at the same time. Or wearing this doesn't create more/extra pain on top of the already existing pain. Plus I love that it's "re-patterning" at its best! (muscle memory for lay terms).Even just wearing it for an hour daily will slowly lengthen your pec and anterior muscles to allow the back muscles to flex correctly/function correctly.Also this is NOT uncomfortable AT ALL! And it really is SUPER EASY to put on. And you can put it on by yourself without assistance.5 Stars!

I have always had bad posture. As I get older it is starting to cause my back to hurt. I saw this product and decided to give it a try because I needed something to stop me from slouching when I’m not paying attention to my posture. I’ve been wearing it every day for the last week. It says to start out the first day wearing it for about 15 mins and to increase the time as your body gets used to it. I immediately felt the tension in my back ease up and each day I can tell it’s getting better. It is very cushioned so it doesn’t hurt to wear it and I can go about my daily routine with it on. I would definitely recommend this to someone who needs to relieve tension in their back or someone with bad posture looking to correct it. My husband tried it on and wants to get one of his own.

From the minute you put it on you feel relief! It gives great support without causing added tension to upper back, neck and shoulders. I would give it five stars, but the padding near the armpit is not quiet enough, so I have to wrap a soft cloth on the padding for my sensitive, thin arms. Overall, I am pleased with this product and will use it a couple of hours each day. To keep my posture strong, especially now that I have had spine surgery in my neck.
