Very happy with the quality and performance
I had to send my original Festool sawblade for my Kapex 120 miter saw in to be sharpened and needed another blade asap. I almost just bought another Festool blade because I really think it is a good blade, but the Oshlun blade had great reviews and is less than half of the price of the Festool. Bottom line is that I highly recommend this blade as a complement or even replacement to the original Festool blade. The good - this blade cuts every bit as cleanly as the original Festool "universal 60 tooth" blade that comes with the Kapex, perhaps even a bit better as it has 80 teeth. I have been making scads of picture frames for a large job using everything from painted MDF to birdseye maple, mahogany and white oak and it cuts cleanly with no binding, burning and almost zero tearout on all of these. Have had this blade for about two months now and could not be happier. The ok - this blade is not as fast as the Festool blade, but that is to be expected as it has 80 teeth instead of 60. I had to chop down some 2x6 pine for a friend and the Oshulun blade has to be driven more slowly than the original, which I used to be able to just power through. Like I said though, not at all unusual and the cut was perfectly smooth.Someone else mentioned that the Oshlun blade is capable of taking off fine shavings and making small offcuts on moldings without creating a missile, and I can verify that this blade will definitely allow you to safely make such cuts.Highly recommend and will be purchasing another as a backup!

Works great but labeled on the wrong side!
So this blade works very well, cutting Aluminum track quickly and cleanly. BUT, the blade was labeled on the other side compared to Festool blades, so I had it on backwards when I started to make the cut. My bad, I should have made sure the teeth were going the right way.

So far so good
Ok, I received this blade about a week ago and decided to replace the 60T stock blade on my Kapex for a large built in job. This required me to cross cut a LOT of 3/4 and 1/4 oak plywood. This stuff can be made a mess pretty easily with a crappy blade. The 80T did a wonderful job on the ply and solid materials. Almost no tear out/splintering on the ply and the cuts on the solid stock where beautiful. This blade cuts as well as my $150 Tenyru. Time will tell how well/long it stays sharp. Will post more info in a few weeks.UPDATE.....been using the blade for a couple of weeks. Still sharp. The thing that sets this blade apart, and all good blades, is the ability to cut small amounts from small mouldings and leave them laying on the table rather than sending them off like a missle. This blade has not thrown anything yet! Will be purchasing another one as a back up.

100%
I have no idea what Sheerness is and thereโs not much wiggle room on the thickness issue (saw blade) but the value for the money is out of this world. I prefer this blade to the stock festool blades. Sounds crazy. Indeed.

First time I used this a tooth came flying off.
First time I used this a tooth came flying off. I just fired up the Kapex and was making my cut in a piece of poplar wood when I heard a loud pop sound and was not sure what the noise was until I finished my cuts in my wood panels I was working on. When I swapped the blade back over to the original Kapex blade that's when I noticed I had a tooth missing. It did cut good and left a very nice edge on the poplar but I figured I got what I paid for. The funny thing is that when I took this out of the package I noticed that the carbide teeth were really tall and had very little backing up behind them like my Forest blades or even the Kapex blade so I think with the teeth sticking up really high with no support behind them is what has caused this issue and only time will tell how well this holds up but from now on I will just order the blades for the Kapex from Festool and not waste my money on aftermarket blades unless someone like Forest comes up with a 30mm blade then I would try that. Overall the cut quality was good I just don't think with the way the carbide is attached to this blade it's going to hold up when I start cutting into things like OAK or HICKORY.

Terrific
Cut like the proverbial hot knife through butter. The cut edges are so smooth I don't need to sand them.

Good backup blade
We bought this to use a backup, while our main Festool blade was away being sharpened. What can you say, it managed to cut a few pieces of wood. It is not as sharp, cuts as cleanly or runs as true as a Festool, but at a fraction of the price has been useful to have as a spare.

Excellent blades
I have been using these blades for several years as an economical alternative to Festool branded blades and I believe they may in fact be the same blade! Performance wise there is no difference at all. Would 100% recommend them to all serious woodworkers and DIY as well.

About as good as the original Festool
The first few cuts were impressive, lets see how long it lasts, but right now I'm pretty impressed for the price-point this comes in at.

as good as oem
as good as the oem blade at less than 1/2 the price. Last as long between re-sharpening and takes as many sharpening as oem. Made in China, though.

Good blade, cheap price
A good blade at a cheap price compared to the real Festool.I'm cutting MDF crown so it's still working well after 3 rooms.
