I expected no traffic leaving the monitoring / observing port. But this is not the case...

Fantastic tool for network road warriors.
Small, inexpensive, reliable regeneration TAP. I use it for testing, comparing, and demonstrating network analysis systems. I probably wouldn't use it in long-term production environments since it is a tiny unmanaged device, but for mobile and temporary deployments is is fantastic.Note: this is a regeneration TAP, it is not a switch, and is not configurable as a switch.
