I have degenerating discs in my neck and up to now have had to use a very complicated and large traction device to keep my discs spread correctly and it was cumbersome to travel with. I bought this product hoping it would solve some of the traveling issues for me as well as be a more gentle treatment for stretching my neck... It works wonderfully!!!! I can fill it with air to a level that is comfortable for me and the best part is I can take it with me when I travel... It will certainly get a lot of use!!!

Comes without written instructions & directs you to a website that can't be located. Luckily it is not too hard to figure out. Too early to tell if it gives relief, just arrived yesterday Will try to update later with more information.

My daughter recently took a cross country flight at night and was unable to sleep because the standard neck pillow she had offered almost no support. Even though this product is not intended as a neck pillow that is why it we purchased it. We have yet to use it on a flight but it has helped with shoulder and neck pain when we use it at home.

It gives you a web page that doesnt exist for instructions on how to use it lol but it does help with my neck pain.

My husband has had neck surgery with hardware implants put in. He had the acdf surgery and this helps releive some of his pain. I have even used it when I get shoulder blade pain that shoots into my neck when I use it, it def helps take that pain away.

Doesn't work for me. I pump it and it just slips past my head and pulls my hairs.
