Tougher than it gets credit for!!!
Generally don’t write reviews. But I see some people saying this bag is weak and leaks and such. I don’t use this as a kettlebell. I use this as a strongman throwing sandbag. I fill it with up to 45lbs of sand and launch it 16’ in the air repeatedly. Normally I break stuff and just buy a new one. Today I was throwing the bag and it came down wrong and hit the edge of the concrete elevation bar holder. I thought “ok bags done. It’s been 3 years. Time to get a new one”. No. This bag took the hit and is still going. I am impressed enough to write this. Not much workout gear impresses me but this little guy has.

Great addition to a garage gym
I did not order these with the intention of throwing them, so I cannot attest to their durability if you choose to use them in that manner. I use them for some standard lifts, Farmers carries and the like. So far these work just fine. They can hold 50 pounds of sand without any undue stress on the handles. These seem to be very well made and stitched and are holding up to almost daily use. No regrets in purchasing these. This is my second Ludus Imperium purchase and I am not disappointed with either one.

Well built. Perfect for the beach.
Purchased it to use at the beach. I use 35 and 52.9lb standard kettlebell at home. Filled it with sand and did a basic workout of swings, shoulder presses, etc. The strap handle is a little long and you get a lot of movement since it's a bag and not solid metal. It's bulkier than a solid bell and you have to adjust your stance, etc. To compensate. However, it serves it's purpose. Sturdy, double velcro, solid material. Will definitely continue to use it.

Get two!)
This is a sturdy, well-made sandbag with well-placed handles. I keep the bag in my garage for my Saturdays workouts. Easy to use, it's compatible with a lot of exercise: deadlifts, front squats, swings, clean and jerks and others. Since it's portable, I also take it to the hiking or the beach. Easy to refill with sand. I filled it with 45 lb of sand, and it looks like the exterior bag can handle more than the rated weight, and there seems to be enough room inside to accommodate ~55 lbs. Overall great investment for this price!

Way too expensive but awesome (best)
Incredibly expensive, not sure why they cost so much. They are very well built bags for sand that come in at slightly cheaper than real weights. I love the two I bought and would like to buy again but can not justify the price. At 35 each these would be selling off the shelf, at 50-60 these are a massive rip off of top quality. I guess you get what you overpay for.

Good depending what you want them for
First off they are okay for the money depending on what you want to do with them. Kettlebell yes, carry yes , overshoulder. If you not very tall. Throwing definitely not. Purchased as a Christmas gift side busted out after 5 tosses. Reached out to manufacturers recieved money back and discount code for next order. I figured maybe was just a bad stitched bag so bought 2 more. Same thing happend to new bag. I could of asked for refund again but was out of warranty window. (My fault) so gorrilla tape and sewing it up. 30lb bag holds with no problems. If you wanna toss it 40 maybe. Anything over 40 wont for tossing or dropping. In my experience.

Best price VS Value
I've been doing crossfit for almost 2 years and I have bought a lot of equipments. This kettlebell is one of my best investments. It's durable and you can easily adjust the weight. I can load it with up to 50 lb of sand. No leaks. It's a must have piece if you like doing workouts outdoors. I already took this kettlebell once on the beach and once on the hiking. Everybody keeps asking me where I bought it. Definitely recommend.

!!!!Do not buy!!!!!
Bag looks super sturdy, however either it came ripped or simply ripped when I was putting sand in it. I cant use it for what I need it for. Not risking throwing sand all over me and my gym floor.
