I first purchased this from Costco, and I was super excited to see that Amazon has these. These melatonin tablets are great. I find them more effective than the 5mg gummies for some reason. They taste great and dissolve quickly. A little on the sweet side, but I usually drink water afterwards. I notice they kick in pretty fast as well (around 10-20 minutes for me to get drowsy)! Overall a great value product, considering the amount of tablets you get and how many you take a night. I take one 5mg tablet most of the time, but if I’m really having trouble sleeping, I’ll take two tablets. These last me a long time!

Fast dissolving melatonin tabs for sleep induction. Taste is not offensive but the citric acid can be a bit rough on your mouth and throat if you have a sore throat or other winter illness. Dissolves quickly and a few sips of water help speed that along. The 5mg dose may not seem like a lot but the smallest effective dose is always the best with melatonin so start small.

I travel often and this is my time zone fixer, also on nights I have to turn in early. The fast dissolve is perfect, taste is good and not overwhelming. This size is a perfect option to get the most value for your money. The package is great with child proof cap, the tablets are perfectly stored. No smell and just a slight flavour. Take it 2 hours before your sleep time and it works like a charm.
