Press around and you'll find it.I've been making my own 24 oz electrolyte drinks for the past year (EDIT: 3 years now!) while on a strict ketogenic diet after doing countless research, and I've been using the same formula: I put 3 scoopfuls (3/8 tsp) of this potassium chloride powder in 24 oz of water, along with 1/4 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt, and then 1/8 tsp of magnesium chloride powder. For flavor, I add 1 packet of TRUE lemon's TRUE grapefruit (crystallized grapefruit).I drink 3 of these drinks per day, which in total accounts for ~63% potassium, ~60% sodium, ~90% magnesium daily values. Over the past (EDIT: first) year since I began doing this, my fasting electrolytes have been flawless and my blood pressure has dropped under 120/80 from something crazy like 140/95. I've been on the ketogenic diet for over 3 years (EDIT: 5 years!) now, and the first two years were truly great for my weight and energy, but I wasn't watching my electrolytes then, and my bloodwork was heading in the wrong direction. It was this last step that truly sealed the deal. I've never felt better. Electrolytes are SO important.Warning: This isn't medical advice, but my take/observations with myself after experimentation. You really want to keep the ALL the minerals together in a mixture that is natural to nature, nothing in isolated doses.Over the course of 1 year, making 3 electrolyte drinks daily, I've barely run through the 2 lbs of product. Great product! it dissolves well for electrolytes in water or juice and serves as a tasty salt substitute because I have high blood pressure.

I put one of these little scoops on my eggs in the morning. It just makes them taste salty. Not the most flavorful salt substitute. I suggest you use in addition to some good Himalayan salt for balance. I had a problem for a while with swelling in my legs and ankles. I went to the doctor and checked out okay. So she suggested I try a potassium supplement. I love this one because you get a lot for a good price, it's easy to consume, and it comes with an 8th teaspoon-size scoop. I put it in a cleaned spice container and just refill it when I need. I feel so much better now that I'm not deficient. I just have to remember to drink plenty of water too.
