As good as OEM
Replaced the original pair of pads on my headset. Not the easiest to install, but once on, they stay in place. Will hopefully last 3-4 years.

Revitalize & Extend Life of Headset
Pleased with this purchase! The replacement ear pads worked perfectly, and the installation was surprisingly easy. They've effectively extended the life and usability of my headset, making it feel nearly brand new. This product is a good solution for anyone looking to revitalize their headphones. Would buy again.

Great fit.
I bought these as a replacement to the ear covers for my BT500 headset, that had worn out. Fit is basically perfect, took a bit to get them on, but once they were on you couldn't tell that they weren't brand new OEM covers.

Save $70 by replacing just the ear cushions (as these replacements are as good as the originals)!
I had originally requisitioned (from my company) an entirely new headset, then canceled the order after finding that I could just buy these replacement cushions (since the rest of the headset is working just fine). When replacing the old cushions, do be careful not to damage the foam that is integral to the headset. The old ear pads will come off easily. You will then take the narrow edges of the new pads and work those (bit by bit) into the small groove that encircles each earpiece. (The width of that groove can vary, so if you have any trouble sliding the narrrow edge of the new pad into that groove, just start at the widest gap in the groove that you can find. Once you have some of the new pad edge nicely in that groove, you can use one of your thumbs to hold that in place as you gently work the rest of the new pad's edge into the headset). If some of the new pad's edge isn't in as well as other spots, you can use your thumbnail to gently work those spots into further into the groove so that it will stay securely and be even with the rest of the pad. (You'll be tempted to use a screwdriver, or something even sharper, but don't)

Fit Perfect!
These covers fit perfectly. they are snug to the earpiece and make this headset feel almost like new, I would highly recommend these to save the cost of a new headset.
