This product actually works!!! My husband has been taking 3 different prescriptions for his type 2 diabetes for over a yr, changed his diet etc and nothing was helping his numbers. His norm was on average between 180-230. We ordered this product and saw immediate results, like 24 immediate! He is almost done with his 2nd bottle or 2nd month of taking supplement (along with the 3 prescribed meds) and his numbers have been between 90 and 130 consistently. We are hoping his Dr will start to remove some of his meds when he goes back in 3 months.

I always get very tired after I eat; it doesn't matter if it is just a snack or a full meal. Because of this, I don't eat nearly enough because it makes it hard to stay awake at work.I have only been taking Metaven for about a week now but have already seen a huge difference. I still get a little sleepy after eating but I am able to push through and keep going. I am excited to see how well this works after being on it for at least a month.

I am Diabetic so I added this to my daily regimen. I like the cinnamon flavor so that always helps when taking a supplement. As far as blood sugar levels it seems to help a little with that. Noticed when eating pastas it seems lower than it normally was by 20 pts or so 3 hrs after my meal. I have only been taking a few weeks so I can't say anything about long term effect on A1c.

I have been using this product for 2 weeks and do not see any changes in my levels just not working for me.
