Awesome, as always.
Used it once again on an item that I can't mention on here, and it works very well. Got a scratch? Use this! Got a complete raw aluminum something that you want to have a nice black finish? Use this! Stuff is awesome.Free tip: purchase some Preval sprayers and pour this into the bottle. Put your mask and gloves on and go to work. In very little time, you'll have a product that looks great. The Preval uses a minimal amount of liquid, and it allows you to have equal coverage over large areas. It may show wear quickly, but that is just another part of the cool factor. Just make sure you do at least three coats, washing in between. Oh, and another tip, you can take your gloved finger and brush it along the big areas to redistribute the liquid for better coverage. Works for me. Follow me for more useful tips. Lol.

Works well to cover up minor dings
Good product to cover up minor blemishes and scratches in anodized material. The marks won't disappear, but you will have to look much harder to find them. Easy to use and very efficient.

Works O.K.
I used this on an aluminum bicycle part that had corroded from road salt. I first cleaned and sanded the surface, then applied it. It did provide a protective coating which I then painted over, but it did not turn the aluminum finish black.

Perfect for AR touch ups
I bought this to touch up scratches on my new AR lower and this worked perfect. I also used it on my rolling pins that lost the finish when i was swapping my trigger. I had a couple friends look at my gun and they never knew there were scratches. The directions on the bottle made it easy to apply and it's definitely worth the money.

Simply Amazing!!
I used this to touch-up small surface scratches on my anodized AR15 lower. When it’s dry I can’t even tell there was ever any scratches there. The matte/satin finish and black/grey color is an exact match. I use a very small pointed foam swab-its to apply the solution and it works perfectly. The solution works and dries fast. I just keep applying very lightly until the scratch disappears, then I let it sit for 24 hours before handling, as the manufacturer suggests. Be aware this product is not paint. It works by means of a chemical reaction with the aluminum and leaves no visible surface clumping as paint would. I highly recommend this product for similar use cases.

Aluminum Black
This product works very well on some types of aluminum, and makes scratches to the black finish almost completely unnoticeable, but be sure to follow the directions. It seems to work well on soft, pure aluminum surfaces. When I tried it on hard aluminum alloys like the old Sig Sauer pistol frames it did very little to almost nothing, so your results may vary.Update: I have since used it on several other aluminum alloy pistol frames with mostly good results. It works on Beretta frames, which seem to take the black color quite well!

Need to learn how to use properly but good to have
Haven't use it yet but i use the marker to fix minor scratches on my firearm. I going to look at a YouTube tutorial to figure out how to properly apply this to my firearms when in need to fix any scratches or abrasions.
