So I have always been skeptical that these things work. I mean, how could a tiny thing like this open up your nasal passages? My husband is such a loud snorer that even when I have on ear plugs I can STILL HEAR HIM!!! Eventually I end up kicking him out of the room! Well lo and behold, just one night of trying these and for the first time in our 37 years of marriage I did not hear him snore!! He was breathing through his nose, finally, and his mouth remained closed because he could breathe!! I couldn't believe it! I am convinced and sold...give these a try if you have a problem snorer in your house or if it's you!

This product does not work at all. I don't snore but I have a diveated septum that makes it difficult for me to breath while I sleep. I've been using nose strips for years and it works well, I was just trying to reduce waste by buying this product but it sucks. I've woken up with a headache 3 days in a row, because of this thing

This product does not work.It came as a pair. My dad used one and I used the other...... I woke up early to find mine in the floor. And went to check on dad and his was in his nose but she was snoring like a bear.

These did not work. I'm told to not even bother because there was no difference in my snoring.

Not quite as well as the nose strips, but they don't irritate the skin on the nose, so they are a good substitute, especially when it gets cooler and the skin gets drier and more irritated.

Didn't help with reducing snoring at all.
