What is the height of the enclosure without the lid on the 4.5"x3.5"x2.2"?

Without the lid it is 1.5” deep

Where are the Drawings for the internal mounting holes for the 6.2"x3.5"x1.8"(158x90x46mm) box?

I didn't get any with my order either. I had to measure them myself.

I need to design a pcb to go inside the 158mm long box, what are mounting hole placement dimensions? is there a drawing available?

Along the long side there are three holes between the cover mounts and the holes are 1 1/4 inches apart. Holes on either side of the cover mounting hole are 1 3/4 inches. There are 3 holes along the short side and they are 1 3/16 inches apart. The holes from one long side to the other long side are 5 3/16 inches apart. The holes one the short side to the other short side are 7 15/16 inches apart. I don't have a drawing.
