Great gf lady fingers!
Absolutely love these gluten free lady fingers. I used them for a tiramisu and it turned out lovely! Only thing is they're a bit expensive..

This product is great for trifle as long as you don’t soak the fingers in sherry. Best result is to break them into thirds and use custard as the first layer over them in the trifle followed by jelly, fruit jelly and diplomat cream. Delicious!

GF and Dairy free, the taste and texture is unbelievable. The biscuits are very large about twice the size of traditional lady fingers. Great for GF tiramisu or banana pudding.
