Walmart has complete mop with refill less than $10..is this light and thirsty cloth refill really $30?

My thoughts exactly! Way too expensive for an item that always cost about $8-10. This is ridiculous and I won't pay $30 for a mop head! Why not $100 ?!?! This is the best mop head they ever designed and I guess it's over for me unless they offer for a reasonable price. I see it on Walmart for $5.57 and it's out of stock, so I see another one at Walmart for $52.00 WTF ! seriously !
