Does this contain pfoas/pftes?

No I wouldn’t leave a baby in one of these bib. They are plastic and might make the baby get to hot.

What age do these fit? Good for 5-6 months??

I think they would fit any baby from 6 months to 2 years or so.The sleeves are elastic and even if they are too long the elastic will hold them on the wrist

What are the measurements for the 0-2 and 2-5? some how the 0-2 is not big enough for my 14 months old nephew !

I wasn't overly impressed with them. But they served a purpose.

Is this suitable for newborns to wear at night in case they spit up?

No! Babies shouldn’t wear a bib overnight. Also, with it being slightly weatherproof, baby will be too hot and sweat.
