1/2" Poly Cutting Edge Scraper BAR for John Deere 54" Front Mount Snow Blade Plow

It's been a light winter, so I haven't used it a lot, maybe 2 hours worth of plowing, but it has worn well (very little) and it does a great job. It's completely quiet and doesn't give the scrapping sound. I was also able to raise the metal guide shoes all the way up since the poly doesn't do any damage. It doesn't work as well as the metal edge when back dragging, but it's still pretty good.

I ordered a 54" by mistake when i needed a 46" but it was easy to cut to fit and drill new holes in the material

Nice fit. Bolt right on my JD 575 plow. Cleans snow off real nice - we'll see how long it lasts

Bought based on price and customized my Blade to fit.

This cutting edge doesn't grind into my Cement driveway and so far it seems better when plowing and pyling snow on my lawn .

The blade is much heavier than the stock oem part. I have not had a chance to try it with snow, but it seems like it will work well. The installation was easy as the holes lined up and new hardware was provided.

This is the second one I’ve bought. It lasted 3 years. I normally had to replace it annually with the steel ones from Deere.I’ve only pushed snow 2 x since I put this one on , but it looks like it will wear well.It comes with bolts and nuts, but not washers or lock washers.
