Bought this as a present for my Dad, as I wanted to get something personal and engraved on it. I'm not a big fan of the font used, but that was the only option, the thing that confused me is, I used all 6 lines, which I thought would be spread evenly across the front of the watch, but instead they have squashed everything together in the middle, with loads of space around it. yet I have seen some of the pre-designs they do, and they go right near the edge, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Other than that though, it looks great, the watch face is more interesting than most bargain pocket watches, and the finish to the metal is really nice, I got old brass' and it looks very realistic. the chain is nice and chunky, so, all in all, I'm pleased with the item, just a bit nonplussed as their thinking behind the engraving aspect.

I'm so happy with this item. I purchased it as a keepsake for my sons 21st birthday and it was perfect. A great quality pocket watch. The engraving was exactly how I wanted it and it looked great. Was fast delivery too. I would defintely recommend this.

I'm a bit torn over this item. There are good and bad issues. I ordered this pocket watch for my grandsons 21st birthday and had it suitably engraved. It arrived within 2 days of ordering. Good. The engraving was exactly as I had wanted. Good. I ordered the watch in "Antique Gold", but received, "Black". Bad. No instructions. Bad. Could set the time, but, could not keep it set. Bad. I texted the company and received a reply, but, no mention of of the wrong colour or lack of formal instructions. Bad. Was told to set time and press the "winder" down to set time, didn't work. Bad. Was told, that if this didn't work, then contact them again, but by this time, reference the birthday, was too late.

I bought this for my dads birthday. its really good quality for the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
