I purchased this product for my hypothyroidism n because it has three types of iodine in one capsule it’s a good product jus a lil pricey I will purchase again unless I find something comparable

About 7 years ago I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. I got super fat and my doc ran some test. Years of feeling miserable on 100mcg of Levothyroxin and I ran accross an article that talked about Iodine shortage being a cause. So I gave this a try. ANd no not quite a miracle drug but I haven't felt this good in a while. This next bottle I intend to double my dosage. I know I can't wait for my thyroid yearly check up to see how this is affecting my TSH levels. But if I can reverse the thyroid issue I will gladly keep buying this. as missing a single dose of the Levothyroxin makes you a miserable, bitchy, irritable person. At least it does with me. Can't wait! Maybe reversing it will help me lose the weight I've packed on.

A recent 12-part show on cancer by Ty Bollinger talked about the importance of iodine as a cancer-fighting mineral, for good immune system health, thyroid health and brain development -- even effecting children's IQs. I was amazed when I did research on iodine to learn what an effective health mineral it is. I could not find iodine in local drugstores and I live in the country with no health food stores anywhere nearby. So I went to Amazon.com. I chose this brand because it had the best reviews. I cannot testify that I feel any different, but I feel confident that I'm making better choices -- including taking iodine -- to maintain a strong immune system and keep my body healthy. The research I've done on Swanson products has given the company good ratings. I will continue to use this.

Not a bad product (ie didn't cause any side effects & were easy to swallow), but I sadly didn't notice a difference.
