Beef Oxtail Step 1

To much fat a lot of grease, very expensive for bone and fat not enough meat

I ordered about 6 lb of oxtail. Once you remove the fat from the oxtail broth that has been boiled for 3 hours, you can use it as a good soup base. If you eat the meat separated from the boiled bones with soy sauce, it's fantastic.

Everything ordered was delivered on time and exactly received what I ordered.

Bad meat.When I received my meat, it had a smell. After weeks of freezing When I brought it out, it still had a smell. I had to throw it out. Waste of time money.

Very nice tails

These oxtail are always very fresh. I just wish they would give a more even selection of cuts. I keep getting about 2-4 large pieces and a bunch of tiny ones. The tiny ones are basically bones after cooking. A few medium pieces would make for a better dish.

These Oxtails seemed to be laden with fat and I was concerned that it would not be much to them after cooking taking bones into consideration, however, once I threw them in my Instapot with a couple more pounds of them, they where delicious. Nothing more to say! DELICIOUS!
