20-853 Unitrack (BM2) Oval/Passing Loop Track Set w/Controller

Excellent product and highly recommended 👌

Absolutely delighted with this product. Beautifully made and presented. Bought primarily to make a narrow gauge layout to go with my HO setup. Only drawback was, advertised at £129 with free delivery but as a Japanese import I then received a bill for £22 import duty from FedEx. So not the bargain I thought but nevertheless good value for money.

I bought the Kato Unitrack with no real knowledge of the different track types. I got very lucky as its excellent track. The points are excellent too. Very easy to wire up and get working.

The Kato n gauge track system is great - see the title of this review! I use it for Austrian narrow gauge HOe, and the large radius curves/points are so much better than the tighter curves usually associated with narrow gauge track. I have many other pieces of track in addition to this set and would recommend it to any n or HOe modeller.

I've owned a KATO 700-Series Super-Express (Shinkansen) for many years as a memento of my time in Nippon but I've never seen it run. This good value set allows me to finally see motion (and lights). You get a lot of track which is Unitrack so it has a solid base and the track and base clip together to form lengths and curves. You get points controlled remotely and you get an excellent controller/transformer to power the track. Happily a UK power lead is supplied in the box so fear not ... Recommended.

<良い点> ・電動ポイントの切り替えが楽しいです。 ・進行方向の切り替えがセレクトスイッチなのもうれしいです。 ・電気配線はすべてコネクタで接続するのでわかりやすい方だと思います。 ・フィーダー線路へのコネクタ接続の仕方が最初はわかりませんでした。 <注意点> ・取扱説明書にも書いてありますが、線路同士の接続を外す時は、力を入れる向きに注意が必要です。 (力を入れる向きを間違えると接続パーツが割れ(壊れ)ます)

Best starter pack just fantastic

Kato n scale M2 pack fits the bill for starting model railroading, or picking it back up after years of absence, track layout is excellent easy to assemble. Instructions are easy to follow no guest work you’re not spend time trying to figure out the pieces you need it just fits. Set up was beyond what I expected after being a model railroad over 35 years ago! You spend less time building and more time running your trains!! I will be adding layouts to the master in the V series.

学生の頃諦めた趣味を40年振りに本格的に始め、最初は昔使っていたTomixにしようと思っていましたが、熟考の上、車輌で信頼が厚く多く保有しているKatoにしました。 当然ながら品質には隔世の感がありますが、特にポイントの安定性は素晴らしいですね。 一方でフィーダーやポイントのケーブルが短めで標準レイアウトでも延長コードが必要なことがある点は買う前に注記してもらえたら親切かな？と思いました。
