This is the best cash register I was in business more than 10 years.This is the 5th one I and my friends bought from them.No monthly fee.We have liquor store businesses. It’s super easy to set up. Teaching employees and daily.monthly sell.Clearly with your stock!And most importantly the company are having best service!

I purchased two POS systems over a year ago and have been thoroughly impressed! The register functionality is top-notch, boasting seamless performance. Setting up was a breeze, thanks to the step-by-step instructions that were incredibly easy to follow. Whenever I had questions, their prompt responses and clear instructions, often accompanied by visuals, made everything simpler. The technical support provided live remote assistance whenever any issue cropped up, swiftly resolving them. The support team was not only helpful but also adept at fixing problems right away. Overall, I'd confidently rate this system a solid 5 stars!

I was very excited about this cash register system but they have no customer service. The system says no memory. It crashes. Only 2 days after trying to set up. The email doesn’t work. Very disappointed. No support at all for this system. Will be returning.

After about a year my pos stopped loading. It was a software issue. I was panicking because all of my inventory pricing was in the system and I had way to access it. It would take weeks to set up a new system And reprice everything if I couldn’t get this issue fixed. I emailed customer service and not only did they respond almost instantly, they resolved the issue within 20 minutes! What a relief ! The cash register works well and is easy to operate. Definitely happy!

Been using the for about 2 months so far for the most part it has been good. There are a lot of good things that it does well like being able to run promos and adding a video on the secondary screen and inventory. Its able to run most every day transactions. I have notices a few flaws with the program, like when refunding an item you can't make a general you have to go and find the receipt of purchase and refund it through there. You also cant refund and make a sale at the same time, so if a customer whats to exchange an item for something else and you wanted to take out the price for the return item it doesn't work you, would have to refund it first give them the money the make a new transaction. And lastly you cannot deduct a set amount off the balance, when you do it will add taxes with what ever amount you put, you cannot set a exact amount. There are ways to work around these problems but that just adds another step, with makes it less user friendly. The Support is really great though, ther tried to help me in any way they can, the software would give 3 Stars, The Support from the seller 5 Stars.Update the system touchscreen went out but the support was amazing sent me a new one fast would give their support 10stars

I recommend not buy purchase this, because I bought it, the system doesnt work properly and it is hard to get in contact with company to solve the problem. Do not waste your time. The memory has problem. Does not worthed to buy.Amazon should banned these type of product, so customer doesnt get headache everyday
