Great guide book of Oman. Lots of good information on places to check out and great at providing the history on the areas.

Good stuff, but a little thin on beta. Definitely the 30,000' view. Best get a real travel book if you plan on actually getting off the plane.

This edition is outdated and I would not recommend buying it. I tried using it during a recent Oman trip—generally useless.

There is not a lot of good travel information about Oman, and this is a good, basic book. Could use more detail and updating.

Great book, very detailed and informative. A must for serious traveling in Oman.
