Extra weight of the HEAVY version may reveal some drop at range, but the impact energy is fantastic
This heavy 19 grain version of Crosman's 5.5mm Premier Dome pellets have shown better accuracy than the 14 grains up to 40-50yds in my basic Gen1 Gamo Swarm 10x Whisper. To add, it's a real blast, sending them through 1 inch plywood and is quite fun thanks to the added weight and quality of the dome shape cutting a clean entry while blowing the back end out of the plywood revealing a rather unexpectedly large cavitation hole at impact point. Accuracy is above average from the ratio of cost to shooting ability for beginners to experienced shooters. These slide in and fit snugly and easily into the Gamo rotary magazine and don't rattle or slip out of place.

Great all-around pellet with fantastic PPS
My goal was finding a pellet I can use in all my air-guns with relative accuracy... These are not expensive pellets. The quality is somewhere between good and "better", and of course they are covered in lubricant. Your fingers WILL get yucky. On the other hand, the consistency is fantastic. My Benji's groupings are horrible right now, but I'm still breaking my 392 (and have yet the clean the overspray inside the barrel)... Four pumps will blow through 1/2 in treated fence boards sending splinters flying... normally, I'm not gonna use a spare fence board for penetration and impact, but the fact the splinters blew out in multiple directions tells me that the knock-down power is there with limited expansion. My 1322 groups amazing with these lower-priced-projectiles at 15 yards- freehand covered with a quarter, and I'm a lousy shot. The Optimus? Well, I have several less squirrels annoying the bluebirds, cardinals, and finches- those shots were taken at near 50-degree angles about 25 yards up into trees- clean headshot kills. The Optimus blows them through older untreated yellow-pine 2x4s and treated 5/4 decking.I dug some pellets out of treated 4x4 posts after 6, 7, and 8 pumps and was impressed with both penetration and actual concussive energy, given that these do not expand the way my hollow-points would. I am also getting relatively tight groupings given my un-cleaned barrel (1" @ 12 yards with 2 out of 7 fliers). I haven't bothered with 20-yard shots until my barrel is seasoned and I give it a good cleaning, but thus far, these pellets are performing better than all my other 22-caliber pellets. Again, YMMV, and if I clean my barrel (maybe this weekend if I don't get another attack of The Lazies), my 392 may end up preferring something else. Why should you buy these pellets?1: they are consistent2: price-per-shot is great3: they come pre-lubed4: Amazon Prime!5: they group decently in every .22 air rifle I've used, from the Optimus springer to my neighbor's NP2 and several MPPs

Got a Benjamin? Shoot these.
My Marauder P-Rod Pistol loves these things (Dome 14.3). Most accurate pellet yet. Load nice, drop right into the mags and so short they only fill about 2/3 the pellet space. Mine’s super hopped up and it still shoots these light pellets 1/4”-1/2” groups at 30 yards from a simple rest. The hollow points shoot well too, but the groups opened up 1/4” I think when velocity cranked into 900s. Photos are 8rd groups 14.3 HP. white paper group 800fps. Splatter makes the group look bigger, and I pulled the wider shot. Low power scope, resting on a rock wall.Didn’t figure Amazon would allow photos of groups on expired critters. Got the Premier 19g coming now for bigger critters and if they shoot as well, my primary pellet. Looking for 30-35fpe.If your gun is mostly stock (or even if not) save your money and don’t buy fancy pellets. These things shoot amazing (and the Benjamin Discovery pellets) and the price is right! I really hope they stay this price. Super value!

Great find
Wow i run the JSB 18’s in my Gamo magnum and i stumbled on these looking around. Only negative is they are filthy and need to be cleaned. Overall these are some beefy well made pellets. Skirts are all solid and not all deformed like most others. My Magnum love’s heavier pellets .. even shoot well out of my Urban PCP. Great pellet if you like the 14.3’s you’ll love these.

Very Accurate Pellet
The Crosman Premiere 7.9g hollow point pellets achieved very good accuracy at 25 yards. The target is an Olympic target. See picture with this review. Plus, the price is still reasonable, especially compared to other pellets. I have shot Crosman pellets for years and previously I had just Ok luck with these pellets. The major problem was inconsistency. Things would go right for awhile then I would get a flyer away from my aiming point. Nothing like that happened with these pellets.I have noticed that Crosman moved its manufacturing to China, so I was expecting a fall off in accuracy. Instead I find the accuracy is improved. For example, over a 40 shot string there were no flyers. My rifle is a Walther 300 .177 being shot from a rest. QYS is a Chinese company turning out pellets and the quality is excellent. Their accuracy is outstanding. So, quality can be found in China. AD2
