Great and sturdy ring light you can position wherever you need. There is no remote. The on/off button works fine. The light has 3 settings that work great. It worked great during a recent power outage due to weather. That's another use for a USB ring light on tripod: it works as a backup light until power is restored. YW

This is the 1st bigger size ring light I have purchased so I cannot compare it to others. It came as described. I use it for TikTok videos. The stand is very sturdy. The light is really bright and has multiple functions. My biggest complaint is that the phone holder isn't that great. I have an android phone and it seems to heavy as it won't stay in the spot I put it in. I use it without the case because it adds more weight to it. If it was made sturdier then this would be perfect. I also could not take pictures with the wireless remote but that isn't a downfall for me. It would have been nice but not an issue. It came with a bag for the stand but it's a cheap plastic material but it works. I have used the light for a month. I think if I had to purchase again I would go with a more expensive one. The price was good.

I love this product. I love that the ring light itself produces 3 different colors (white, gold, and bluish), and that the brightness of the light can be increased and decreased. I also love that it is small enough to fit in a carry-on suitcase. I also love how tall the tripod can become. I just wish the tripod was a littler sturdier. It's fallen over a few times with the weight of the phone when the phone is clipped on. I think the key for avoiding that is to open the base wide. Also, when "locking" the tripod sections into place so that they stay put, you have to turn the cylinder sections of the tripod very tightly. If don't, that section of the tripod falls easily. However, it is light weight, and therefore, it does do well for travel. I'd say overall, given the versatility of this product in height and lightness, and price point, It's a great buy!!

So being on camera in a video conference call every day, all day, I got sick of using an old desk lamp to light up my face so people don’t think I’m one of those dark anonymous witnesses getting interviewed to spill the deep secrets of the mafia. The desk lamp was light a hot spotlight that only lit up half my face. So I decided to stop being so cheap and buy this inexpensive ring light…The light is awesome. It illuminates my entire face and makes me look good in camera. The remote is simple and easy to use and I can adjust color and brightness accordingly. The tripod is really nice and extends up pretty high. I’m going to start using it at the driving range to record my awful golf swing. And it comes with a nice phone mount that that fits my iphone 11 max without a problem.All in all, it’s a great deal for the light, tripod, and phone mount. If you’re on the fence, stop being cheap and sitting in the shadows. Illuminate yourself!
