AWFUL QUALITY - DO NOT PURCHASE
I own and operate a meat market, and we use two new Hobart industrial meat grinders. Upon installing these two new blades, they BOTH BROKE IN HALF within MINUTES of install. The quality of the metal is so low quality but portrayed to be top-notch for industrial use; could not be more untrue. This product should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS-SCAM.

Grinds fast and consistent
Grinds the meat significantly faster than my old one. Very sharp and metal seems high quality. Used for my small business bakery.

Pure trash used it 3 times then the fourth time it broke in half absolutely cheap metal would not buy again or recommend could have been very dangerous and expensive.
