Making Connections Large Address Book (Desk)

I would give this address book 5 stars, but I must take 1 star off because the book I bought was missing the "H" section! It had 2 "G" sections instead with two G tabs.... but no H tab?! I think it was just somehow put together wrong. With that being said, I DID buy it brand new in the plastic packaging that it came in. I am going to use the extra G section as my H section and it will still work fine. The book in itself is very well made. Hardback cover, and very nicely done thick pages for everything an address book could use for a person's details. I really wish it had come with it's H section though so that I could rate it 5 stars! I don't know if my copy is just a fluke, or if they all come together like that from the company on accident..... but it is a great book to have for addresses. You won't regret buying this one!**********UPDATE EDIT**********I know I JUST wrote this review like less than 12 hours ago..... but the address book I got must have been a FLUKE. I told Amazon about it even though I thought it would be a huge hassle trying to return it so I figured I would just live with it, and I had already thrown away the plastic cover it came in not knowing of the mistake in it at first. Amazon's customer service agent was wonderful!!! I mean WOW she blew me away!! She had responded to my email with an email apologizing for the mistake in the book and that she would be sending me out another book free of charge, and that I didn't have to return the other one. She said I could donate it, or give it to someone else that might like it.... or dispose of it as I see fit. She mailed me out the new book OVERNIGHT and it just got here a few minutes ago! It's perfect too. No missing "H section." So my first book must have just been put together wrong by a machine, or person who binds the inside pages together. THANK YOU AMAZON for making this right for me!!! I am super impressed! I think I will be shopping at Amazon more often!- A super happy customer (Changed my 4 star rating to a 5 star rating)

Great size, excellent quality! Would definitely recommend!

Front and back covers are very hard and sturdy. The pages are thick and feel almost like a velvety matte (comparable to resume paper in thickness) . The book is big enough for easy use, unlike most pocket sized address books. Comparable in size to an Erin Condren planner. There are 3 full pages for each letter (18 individual spaces for contacts).I do wish there were more pages for the more popular lettersBut I do very much love this address book.

Lots of room for addresses and their accompanying phone and cell numbers, email addresses, etc. Today a couple may share one address but there are multiples of everything else. Because this book is big print, there's room to put in a lot of information. I also like an address book that has an easily spotable cover, so I can find it where I left it last. I would have like it in another color, and I would have added a sleeve to keep postage stamps handy, but this will do

So when my old album was experiencing a lot of address changes and crossing out I began researching for a new one. I love love love this one! I like that it is ring bound and then wrapped with the cover, I like the elastic band to hold a spot in place, I like the tabs and that they are all there (cute page design also), that it is easy for my husband to locate when I need him to retrieve it for me, and the added pages at the end in case I run out of room in a section. The company that makes this product was listening to the comments and made adjustments. All in all, it is much nicer than any address book that I have ever owned. I will keep this in mind as a gift idea... along with black and white note cards, stamps, and a cute pen in a basket.

Love this address book. It has a different tab for almost every letter (I/J, P/Q, and X/Y/Z) which was exactly what I was looking for as I have a ton of family and friends whose last names all seem to start with the same letters.It's a great size, not too large, but not so small that I feel as though I need to write exceptionally small or leave out information. The elastic is also a great addition to keep it closed or to a page your working on.The only thing it doesn't have is an area to add in someone's date of birth (but there is plenty of space to add it next to a name or on the side).I put in everyone I wanted and still have plenty of entry spaces left. I can't recommend this more highly!

Right size

Large Desk Address Book. Okay so this is probably "old school" but that is what attracted me. I do have some addresses in my phone but when at home I really prefer an address book. This one is so cool. I purchased one previously for myself and loved it so I got another one as a gift for a close friend. I don't know if she feels the same but no regrets. I love the divider Letter pages. I saw complaints about not having a space for Birth dates but I just cross out "Home" and write it in there. It has spaces for "Mobile", "Work" and"Email" and most people only have mobile phones anyway. I think this is perfect!

I was thrilled with this purchase. It is hard backed with loads of room for entries and especially good for me because I have macular problems with my eyes but can easily look things up in this book.

This took forever to arrive but it was worth waiting for because it's exactly what I wanted. It's amazing how difficult it is to find a decent sized address book, with enough pages, the right kind of layout, decent paper quality and A-Z thumb indexing. Almost like trying to run down the perfect kettle or toaster - you think it will be simple, but it isn't!

The address book arrived promptly & was packaged in a cellophane wrapper. It looked dirty & I could not decide if the wrapper was marked or the book itself. I took it out of the wrapping & discovered it is the book itself. The size is similar to an A5 but it is poorly printed on the outside cover & letter dividing pages! The key things! The address pages are perfect & there are 18 contact/addresses per alphabetical letter. It just feels that the book has come out of the printing press still wet with ink. So I am very disappointed as I was intending to give the book to my mother-in-law for Christmas 2015. I ordered it following other reviewers comments! As she is surrounded by beautiful things in her home I feel that it somehow looks cheap. As most friends have their contact details on their computers/iPads etc (including myself) then it is of limited use to me as well. So will send it back & order something else instead.

Really pleased to have found an address book with individual letter divider pages, not two letters per section! Very happy with my purchase.

A wonderful address book for my sons, and a sigh of relief from me. It's about time my boys - young men now - started sending cards to people themselves. In time, I'm sure they'll thank me for getting them this present.
