Item fit as promised

I put these on my van over a year ago and they have stood up to weather extremes admirably. I believe it cut down on the wind noise slightly and it’s a great addition for when it is raining or drizzling. I have no complaints with this product and can easily recommend to anybody.

Well our first one came broken in two pieces, it broke somewhere in transit. So we waited for the replacement. We got it and well this past weekend he started to install it and well it does not fit our 1996 G Series Chevy Van. He was very disappointed. As for the quality of the product I don't know how the first one broke in two pieces but it must be semi strong since the box was also broken into two pieces. As for adhesion, I think it would stick well as long as you clean the area where you are adhering it to, it looks to be be 3m double stick adhesive. Hope this helps someone as we were unable to get it to fit our van without major modifications.

Great look! Hoping this helps with love bugs and the other multitude of Florida bugs and other bugs as I travel out of state. Also hoping it may help with rocks and debris nicking my hood and possibly my windshield. I have had to have 2 windshields replaced on other cars on Florida highways so crossing my fingers. Pretty straight forward install. One of the predrilled holes was off and I had to make adjustments for that. I also had to adjust the hood latch to accommodate this as my hood would not latch after install. Not a huge deal but be prepared just in case. Have a drill, Rachel wrench and spacers available, just in case you need them. The adhesive seems to be very good and the instructions and included hardware etc are also good. Instructions did say to remove the film from the shield but mine did not have said film. Oh! Odd thing happened after install... the little AVS logo button on the corner fell off! Lol. I hope that is not a sign

Hood wouldn’t close without raising the hood latch with a couple of washers.
