This joint complex is easy to swallow, and it seems to help.

For me this product is a miracle. Physicians do not seem to automatically suggest this combination prior to prescribing prescription medication, most likely due to the drug industry's nudge. I take this product as directed daily. Without fail, should I stop, within 1 week's time, it feels as if my knee slips out of place, and hurts badly when I walk on it. This extra strength brand takes it all away within 2days. And, I mean completely, to the point of running with my dog! Other brands I've tried, work as well, but not as fast. They usually take about 1 week or so. I am of normal weight, but a friend of mine, struggling with weight, was diagnosed with arthritis. Her doctor prescribed medication. I have had joint aches in my knees and hands off and on for years. As I've gotten older, my arthritis has gotten a little more. But I have found that the glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM in Legacy Nutra's Best Glucosamine Joint Complex really do help my discomfort. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks now and I've found that I need to take it as the label says. The cartilage and joint support it provides really makes a difference. I think the vitamin C and white willow bark helps as well. I will certainly reorder this. It is certainly helping me.

I have only been taking this product for a short time. I will continue to take this whole bottle to determine if it has really helped. I do find that many of the aches I have are much less than usual.

I truly feel like this is helping me stay more active. I am a senior. I wanted a product that contains the MSM.
