Matouks Calypso Sauce 10 oz (2 btls)

This is the best hot sauce you can get, period. Just the right amount of heat and amazing flavor, the consistency is also perfect. I first got into this at our local Cuban Sandwich shop and fell in love, used to buy it at the shop but they stopped selling it, thankfully can get it on Amazon. Anyone that's a hot sauce fan needs to get a bottle of this in their collection and i guarantee it won't last long.

My daughter loves this sauce so much! I must have a bottle on hand for all family gatherings.

The sauce is great. Delicious, flavorful, the right spice level. However, like many other reviewers mentioned, one of the bottles was broken when it arrived. There’s no refund policy, so I’m SOL.I think if you’re shipping hot sauces professionally you should figure out how to properly ship them.

This pepper sauce does disappear in my household. Savory and the kick of scotch bonnet for spice. Get some nice crinkle fries and make a dipping sauce with ketchup, mayo and matouk's calypso sauce. This is definitely not for those that think black pepper is hot.

THIS SAUCE IS GREAT, HOWEVER I ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY TWICE, THEY SHIP ITEMS WITH NO BUBBLE WRAP SO I ONLY CAN USE ONE BOTTLE THE OTHER IS COMPLETELY BROKEN SAUCE IS EVERYWHERE, NO WAY TO GET HELP WITH THIS SO PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

A great flavor and what I consider the perfect amount of heat. It is hard to place the amount of heat in this. It is mild for an extra hot hot sauce, would be a great introduction for someone to super hot food.The price is incredible. It is more in line on price with Tabasco and Red Hot than with the boutique sauces it actually competes with.

On a vacation in St. Martin, we found this eating jerk chicken. It's been many years since that vacation but we buy at least 4-6 bottles a year. We use it for everything from breakfast eggs to dinner time meals. Yes, there is at times a small black substance around the inside of cap, I am never concerned...just wipe it off and store in fridge. My family has gone through at least 25 of these bottles and will buy another 25 plus in the years to come.

I put this hot sauce on pretty much everything. Hot dogs, oh yeah! Burgers, yep! Pasta, kick it up a notch! Tried it first in Saint Maarten, glad I can get it here. You won’t be disappointed!
