1/72 EZ-016 Saber Tiger Marking Plus Ver. ZOIDS HMM [ZD132]

Product was fun to buy and even more fun to custom paint. Like most Zoids HMM, it has a lot of small moving parts. As such I would caution reading the instructions manual in full before doing any painting.My entire reason for buying this was that the actual yellow/gold version online was three times the price. So I figured that as long as you're willing to put in a little work yourself, you can cut that price down. Instead of paying upwards of 230, only paid 78.

This model looks very nice and I like it a lot. Putting it together did take time and some parts were more challenging, but i didn’t mind it. The model stands sturdy. But, I give it 4 stars because many pieces come loose so easily even when handled with great care, namely the many small pieces on the feet, tail, guns, legs, etc. Pretty much it should be left untouched to avoid loosing pieces.

Very detailed and generally easy to put together. Looks great.There are a couple parts that are kind of finicky and want to come undone. But most of the parts fit tightly together.The tolerances are pretty tight on some of the pieces and I had to file some of them down to get them to fit.

Different from putting together a Bandai kit, fun and at times trying but a nice change from bipedal model kits. Small parts fall off easily and joint feel far to tight, be prepared to display and leave untouched for fear that you may break or lose parts.

Oh boy. Here we go, so I build ALOT of gundam models and other bandai kits and let me tell you, if you are used to things snapping in place and not flopping around/requiring 4 hands to piece together as well as properly fit pieces, then stay away from zoids (maybe just this kit but who knows) maybe I am just incompetent but i could not for the life of me build this kit, some may be able to and kudos to them! But for me this is the FIRST model kit I not only gave up on, but will be returning, also seems mine was missing a few pieces. Regardless, if you want a challenge and have the steadiest hands on planet earth, then go for it.

Es minucioso pero vale la pena armarlo tiene muy buena movilidad y puede tomar buenas poses, solo que algunos plasticos de zona de armas no son del mismo colo que la caja de promocion, nada que algo de pintura extra no pueda solucionar

寿屋ゾイドのお勧めの逸品です。顔・色・姿・曲部の硬さと最新のモデルと比べても遜色有りません。ライガーゼロマーキングプラスのグルグル回る可動部と脚部の伸縮機能には敵いませんが今回のこのセーバータイガーが初期モデルの再販品？とは壽屋の技術の高さが今更ながら伝わります。製作は部品数に圧倒されなければ特に難しい部分は無くパチパチと気持ちよくハメ込んでいけます。注意点としては足のキャップをハメるとき見分けにくいですがキャップと本体の受け部に凹凸があるのとポロ落ち部品を接着する際に可動部まで接着しない事ぐらいで後は説明書をよく読みながら部品の紛失に注意して組めば初心者の方でも十分に組み上げれます。（部品のポロ落ちは結構ありましたが都度薄く接着しました。）スタイルと大きさを比較するためにトミー版、グレートサーベル、シールドライガーの3体と並べてみました。どれも一癖ありそうなモデルばかりですが私はトミー版のセイバータイガーに一番惹かれます。今後寿屋版ワイルドライガーやファングライガー等が販売されますが脚部が単純（金型での造形）になっていくようで興味が削がれることを危惧しています。

昨今再販が相次いでいるHMMですが、セイバータイガーに関しては初期HMMということもあり。製作難易度は他のに比べたら若干高めだと思います。　　他の方でも指摘されている通り、センターの骨組みの合わせが結構緩かったりと(個体差はあるでしょうが）、自壊率は高めです。その辺りは、接着剤等で補強してあげれば問題ないです。塗装前提の場合は塗膜によってはめ合わせがキツくなることがあります。また、細かい注意点があるとすれば牙や爪がかなり鋭利で、刺さると結構痛いです。初心者が作ろうとするには向いてないキットかなとは思います。　　また、ガンプラなどに比べたらパーツ数は圧倒的に多いです。自壊することを防ぐ為に接着等の手間がある為、余計に工数も多く感じてしまうと思います。完成すれば、セイバータイガーの立体物としては最高クラスのプロポーションと情報量そして良好な可動域が手に入ります。ゾイドが好きで根気よく製作する覚悟があるなら是非購入をお勧めしたいキットです。

組み上げてデカールを貼った姿はとてもかっこいいのですが、組み立てはそう簡単ではなさそうです🤨特に上半身の組み立てで苦労しまして、最も難しい工程だと感じました。組み立てに難儀しなければ⭐️4か5にしておきますが、あまりに手こずったので⭐️3にしておきます。

タイガー系の中でもこのセイバータイガーはフォルムもカラーリングも一番のお気に入りです。マーキングがあるだけで初期の物とは全然見栄えが違いました。断然こちらです！シールドライガーの隣に飾ります。
