1 Pack Lead-Free Brass Mini Ball Valve Shut Off Switch, 1/4 inch Compression by 1/4 Compression Fitting

I decided to replace an old, leaky saddle valve on my refrigerator/icemaker water supply line and this ball valve seemed like a great solution. It is very well machined, operates extremely smoothly, and was quick to install on 1/4" copper tubing. No leaks. I was so impressed by its quality that I ordered a second valve to replace the supply cutoff for my HVAC humidifier line. Very happy so far.

Works well, no leaks, feels solid. Threading is good and fit my braided hose fittings cleanly. Valves operate smoothly. Great pieces for the price as compared to plumber store or big big store.

Freezer failed, yet I checked supply line and it was only copper tubing that was pushed into port on lower part of refrigerator/freezer. New one was coming and on a hunch I suspected crew installing would only work with a supply with shut off valve on the supply line. I did buy a 5' cable that would screw onto one end of the shut off valve. Valve was easy to connect when I cut the copper line. Good fit and compression nuts made for no leaks. Installers didn't work with the compression fitting approach, based on how line would fit the new appliance. Given I had the 5' screw on extension, they completed the installation and fairly soon was back with ice. Great economical valve. Well made and easy to install and work with!

On-time delivery. Easy to install. After having it installed for some time when I tried to shut it off it was very stiff. After getting turned off and turning it back on it seemed to work smoothly.

I bought this to use on my Cullinan Osmosis system. The water going to the Osmosis system is to stop running once the tank is full, but that has broken on my system. My water meter was showing that water was running in my house for some time and I could never figure out where is was coming from. I just thought it was to toilet. One day my kitchen sick backed up and it took a few days for the plumber to come out. During that time my kitchen sick and dishwasher would get clean water in it. I final realize that it was coming form the Osmosis system as the water was just running down the drain because the tank was full, but the drain was clogged, so it would back up into the sinks and dishwasher and I had to bail it out. The shout off value is in the back of the cabinet and is hard to reach, so I just added the white tubing with this shut off valve to the front of the cabinet so I just turn it on when the tank needs to be filled. I bought a plastic part like this in the beginning but it broke and got water all over the kitchen. This Brass Ball valve is GREAT!!!

Use to connect two ice maker water lines, one from the plumbing manifold and one from a fridge. I did not use the compression fittings. This shut off valve is close to the fridge and will greatly assist in servicing. Happy with the product.

Needed these for 2 lines going into my two steam generators. My system is overs 30 years old. Easy to install and appear to be of high quality. These ball valves are much better than my old needle valves that they replaced
