CELESTION TF0510 5-Inch 8-Ohms Midbase Subwoofer,Black

I used this speaker to replace the old one in my Yaesu SP 980 external speaker cabinet. BIG difference in the sound, the sound is all voice , but the speaker is a mid range so voice sounds more bassy . speaker works great for 2 way communications.

I bought this to replace a Paradigm surround sound speaker that had simple wore out after owning for 10 yrs. I needed a high rms replacement to hadle the wattage form my home theater system and this speaker has not disappointed yet. I dont care for the W surround suspension as the one i replace it with had a foam one to excursion better. This W one seems really stiff. I had a real tough time finding something to replace it with but this was the closest i found. I bought 2 just incase the other speaker needs a replacement soon.

Used this subwoofer to replace the one that was blown in this enclosure. This is part of my home threater system.

I replaced a driver in another speaker and it did not fit just right, I made it work.

This is OK since I'm using it for mid-range sub-woofer, so no need for so sharp sound or quality. The 5-Inch size is accurate. Shakes the room well, I was surprised, but be careful: It's made in China.
