Bought these to make snack sticks w my STX 3000 Turbo meat grinder, the diameters appear about correct, I measured mine as 11. 18, and 30 mm. They fit snugly without leakage in the plastic holder that came with my unit. They are stainless and appear well enough made, I have only used the small one, once, to make snack sticks. The 13 mm casings went on easily and the 5 1/2" length means you can put a lot of casings on them. Highly recommend to anyone with STX 3000 grinder, better than plastic, longer tube and correct diameter for snack sticks. Don't know what the sausage ring is for? Didn't fit on STX 3000.

Cheaply made. The sausage stuffer ring did not fit my kitchenaid grinder out of the box. I had to drill out the center hole to fit the end of the worm gear. It worked after the modification.

Good quality tubes they fit a kitchen aid grinder perfectly but the cross bar that comes with center hole is one size to small and is needed to hold the auger in the grinder steady and from pushing forwad making it unusable. But for the price and if you have a vice to hold the cross piece a good drill and bits plus a round file to clean up any burs from drilling its worth it. If you don't want to customize it don't buy it.
