This compay is using Amazon to advertise as prime then using Royal Mail for delivery the item has been lost but states delivered neither will except responsibilty item now has been delivered

Advertised as premium quality printing. It most certainly was not. A 3 year old may have made a better fist of just printing it off and pritt sticking it on. Contacted the seller to complain and ask for a refund as it was unwearable and therefore not fit for purpose. It was a resounding no. I did in the end contact amazon customer service who were happy to refund me. It wasn't the money, it was the principle that my complaint over poor quality was given short shrift.
