These books are well written in easy-to-understand language. Definitely recommend!

Has lots of insightful and handy details on how to negotiate well. Just as detailed and thorough as the other book I purchased from this series so I was not disappointed. Great for any aspiring negotiator or even for anyone in day to day life. Like the book says; we all negotiate with others on a regular basis throughout our lives .

It definitely helped me, I learned a lot about my ex- roommate by reading this and I wish I picked it up sooner

A good starting point for a introduction to negotiating.

Had a lot of ideas about negotiation I would have never thought of. It has good checklist ideas with what to prepare along with passing wisdom about these social battles. Not sure what else I would add to this book.
