Good protein
Not too keen on the taste but it's not terrible either. Used this as I was trying to avoid lactose for a while to determine if it affects my acne. As a protein powder it does its job. I found that it didn't blend as smoothly as the other BBW proteins. But performance wise it hits the nail on the head.

Awful. Nothing disguises the taste and the texture in a smoothie or anything similar. Pancakes ect nothing made it taste good.
