Is 4G phone. Decent price. Thin, fairly lightweight, fairly comfy hold, esp with the case I bought with textured edges for good grip. Previous phone an old "mini", but went 'dino'. Got this before a trip out of U.S. ⚠️Assumed ATT carried 4G SIMs still, as local tower signal is still 4G, but store only had 5G SIMS! - & guy didn't ask which version this phone was before trying SIM install. Won't work, & blew use of my functioning old phone enabling 5G SIM for use! 😡 (learned long after there's no database as to what phones are which "G" version, & phone internal "info" doesn't specify!🤨- thousands of variant phones among all the brands.) Had to do last min buy there of newer I didn't want- no time before trip to do otherwise- had to have working phone!!💥》》This 4G one's still useful- works on wifi, & useful for backup of my photos from other one. Also extra apps on here & fav podcasts etc. Saves on memory on other phone. Handy for travel in place of tablet for such. Wish I'd known to get 5G version, because I prefer THIS one. (Other is a brick!)

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE OR PERHAPS FROM THIS COMPANY IT WORKED OK AT FIST THEN ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER IT STARTED ACTING UP WHEN I LEFT HOME THE CALLS WERE ROBATIC AND NOT AUDIBLE GOT THING I HAD A SECONDARY PHONE. THEN YESTERDAY ATVTHE GYM THE PHONE CRASHED AND WARNING ERROR MESSAGE APPEARED ON SCREEN. PHONE CONSTANTLY SAYING SIM CARD IS NOT FROM PHONE CARRIER. THE PHONE IS A WASTE A MONEY...TRASH AND I BOUGHT IT THE END OF FEBRUARY

Freeze resistant, picture quality is good, speaker is great, battery health is good it work perfectly fine.

Does not have 5G functionality :-(memory storage is minimal but with cloud storage not a big issueNot the best screen display but its good enough for the basics, same with cameraIf the price is right and your expectations are mediocre then this phone is pretty good.

This is a general review for the Samsung A50 phone. I dropped mine after 4 years and the screen cracked. This is going to be its replacement. An exact duplicate. My A50 was originally introduced in December of 2019, and I've enjoyed it all along. This replacement was $100 bucks.The reason I stayed with the A50 was... 1st: I enjoy the look and feel of the phone. I don't use a case. 2nd: Even though Samsung has stopped giving software updates to this phone, as of 2022, Samsung will continue to provide Security updates for this phone at least until 2026.I'll get a new phone then.

It is not a galaxy phone and is the the newest Samsung I asked for and I bought 2 of them and only ones was unlocked so be care ful of that

I love the quality and the performance of the phone. It is a good phone with a great camera. It is easy to use, the size is wonderful, good memory and great storage.

Compre este celular por www.amazon en mi ultima visita a estados unidos, en el mes de abril 2023, lo traje a Perú y se lo entregue a mi mamá por el día de la madre, ella empezó a usarlo en mayo y a la segunda semana empezó a fallar la batería, durando muy poco, luego calentándose, por lo que realice el reclamo a amazon USA, me dijeron que no procedía porque había pasado mas de 30 días, que me comunicará con SAMSUNG Perú; en las oficinas de samsung Perú, me dijeron que no procedía porque era un celular comprado en estados unidos y la garantía era por regiones y que ya no usara ese celular porque la batería podía explotar en cualquier momento. Ahora, en amazon me dicen que ni siquiera me pueden dar los datos del proveedor para reclamar directamente porque ya pasaron los 30 días. No entiendo como es posible que un celular no tenga mas de 30 días de garantía más aún cuando me han dado un producto con una batería que se calienta y puede explotar causando serios daños al usuario. Desde hace años compro diferentes productos en www.amazon y nunca me trataron así, aun no puedo creer el maltrato y que me digan que no hay solución. NO compren este producto, sólo les traerá problemas y quizás hasta un accidente.
