Packaging damaged the curve
It was packaged with such tight bends that it was permanently deformed at these bends and not able to able to form into smooth curves at these locations.Other than this it is OK.

How can you measure with this?
Maybe there's a need for it but I couldn't find one for my purpose. The ruler begins over an inch from the start of the 0. It's just blank.

Very easy to take the shape, but is too flexible to hold it
I liked that it was soft enough to form very well to the shape I wanted to trace. But the same flexibility makes it too soft to hold the shape you form it to when you take it off, move it and lay on paper for tracing. It canāt be used for any kind of precise measuring.

This is a good length but it is a little soft and I had to be careful to not accidentally move it once I had made the shape i needed

Just what I needed.
I like the length. That was the reason I bought it. I paint acrylic on canvas. I'm working on a painting that will have five colors swirling counterclockwise. I use large canvas and needed a flexible item as long as possible.This fit the bill and great.

This is well, ummm.... Let me explain...
I bought this to get the contour of my truck floorboard. It doesn't hold a shape at all, so it doesn't work for me. I'm not quite sure what application it would be useful in, but holding shapes/forms is not it's thing...

Curves nicely but does not give you smooth lines
Overall I like this item but it is impossible to get a true smooth edge. I needed this to line some curves in different sizes. Using it I discovered that in order to get anything remotely close to a smooth curve, that I needed to have a very light touch when drawing the curves. Even then the lines still weren't without flaws. About 1" to 2" inches of the ends are useless as the don't curve at all. Still, for what I needed I was able to make this work and regardless of the lack of smoothness I still like it.
