These are a bit expensive for my budget, but the quality definitely explains the higher cost. It is one of my favorite foods to eat as a sweet snack. They are thick, yet crunchy and have a deep, rich flavor. They are filling, yet admittedly, are so good-tasting, that they are still easy to overeat. I can't afford to purchase these every week, but I treat myself every month or so and never regret it.They are delicious sprinkled on low-carb, coconut milk ice cream and drizzled with sugar-free chocolate syrup.

This is by far my favorite cereal. I like to mix it with a rice cereal or vanilla flavored cereal. It’s great just to snack on as well.

PLEASE NOTE: i HATE artificial sweeteners of ALL KINDS. I try to keep a cap on my sugar consumption and rarely go for these sugar free products, but i decided to give it a go.I got this to add some crunch to my yogurt or smoothie bowls in the morning. When i had the half cup portion on top of my usual skyr/nut butter/berries bowl, it tasted good, had nice crunch. Decent flavor. not mind blowing but good. I tasted a mild aftertaste afterwards, it was bearable.Fast forward to today...I am out of yogurt, so i just put the stuff into a bowl with milk and berries...used a bit more than 1 serving but not much....and HOLY AFTERTASTE It's pretty strong and terrible without other flavors to mask it. It tastes ok while you are eating it, but afterwards....ugh. I had to drink a hot cup of tea and eat a lil something else to purge this taste from my mouth.VERDICT:For a sugar free cereal, its pretty good in SMALL doses. Seriously, do not go overboard on this stuff. The aftertaste is gnarly, and if you're not used to alternate sweeteners , you may get some stomach cramping if you eat too much of it. The GOOD news is, this cereal is so expensive that you really wouldn't WANT to go crazy with it, if only to appease your wallet.So go forth and crunch/munch. Just pay attention to your portions to have the best experience with it.

There is nothing good I can say about this product.1. The smell is off. No, I doesn’t smell bad, it just doesn’t smell good. If you close your eyes and sniff you have no clue what you have in front of you. Even the chocolate doesn’t smell like cocoa or chocolate.2. The taste was unfavorable. I don’t mean it was tasteless. It just didn’t taste like anything I have had before and I instantly didn’t like it. It was just bland, it had an off flavor that I just did not find enjoyable.3. When I say milk did nothing to help! It’s like the milk and cereal were fighting. There was not mixing of the flavor in your mouth or bowl. i had no desire to drink the milk afterwards like you normally would do. Even the chocolate never made my milk chocolate flavor or turned it a little brown. The cereal just sat there fighting its existence.In the end I disposed of both the dirty and chocolate after one bowl. I did not finish either first bowl as the “flavor” was simply not enjoyable nor an experience I wanted or needed to repeat. I miss cereal, but not enough to do this again.

This good in a strawberry yogurt with fresh strawberries. But the cereal is kinda bitter so I don’t eat it on its own. I like adding it to something else for crunch.

Highly recommend. I have tried a lot if other protein cereals and this is by far the best. The chocolate is my favorite and so so so good.
